To get you started with Flash, please work through following video tutorials over the break:

At the moment, unfortunately, we only have Adobe CS3 Flash installed on our Windows computers. If you use your own computer and have a newer version, please google introductory tutorials that help you understand the basic functionality of Flash and how to create shape- and motion tweens.
